2. One of our cloud experts will reach out to you within 5 business days
3. We will provide you with instructions and a CloudFormation script for provisioning our scanning technology which will compare your environment with hundreds of best practice checks
4. Note that this scanning tool requires you to have administrative access to your AWS console and sufficient access to share meta-data about your environment with CloudCheckr, our platform of choice for cost, security, and compliance monitoring
5. Your data will take up to 4 days to fully process inside CloudCheckr
6. Once processed, a cloud expert will assemble insights on our findings and send them to you in a slide deck and walk you through our findings on a live video call

By submitting the form below with your payment information, this service and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto, shall be subject in all respects to and shall be governed by the terms and conditions set forth in Innovative"s Standard Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at http://innovativesol.com/terms and which are hereby incorporated by reference and shall have the same force and effect as if fully set forth herein. To the extent that any terms or provisions of this proposal contradict, conflict or are inconsistent with the Standard Terms and Conditions, the Standard Terms and Conditions shall supersede and control. Should the scope, timeline, or deliverables change, the change order process defined at http://www.innovativesol.com/CMP will be invoked and utilized to identify project impacts which may include, but not be limited to, changes to the project total cost, timeline, and payment schedule.

• Taxes and Shipping & Handling, if applicable, are not included in any listed calculations.
• The CSC Snapshot is only offered on a pre-paid basis using the form below, however in the event of a credit card charge reversal, Innovative will invoice you for any amounts due. All invoices from Innovative must be paid by the due date on each invoice. If Customer fails to pay any invoice when due, Innovative may restrict, suspend, limit or terminate Customer"s use of Innovative"s services, including without limitation the AWS Authorized Services, immediately upon notice to Customer. In addition, any invoice not paid on time shall bear late charges from the date of the invoice in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 1.5% per month of the overdue amount, and (ii) the greatest amount permitted by law.
• Unless specifically set forth in writing, Innovative does not provide any warranty as to, and assumes no liability for any, hardware or third party software or services, including but not limited to any cloud based services. The client understands that it may rely only on the warranties, if any, provided by the manufacturers of such hardware or third party software or services.
• The charges for the CSC Snapshot service are non-refundable.
